“LOYAL SERVICE DESERVES LASTING CARE”

our board

Amber Cone

Hi! My name is Amber Cone. My husband and I grew up in this wonderful city, both going through the school system and working at local businesses. With the small town feel of the community, incredible schools, and safe environment thanks to our dedicated police department, we knew Glendora was where we wanted to live and raise our 3 children.

I have enjoyed being active in the public schools and local sports leagues, and am honored to now serve on the Glendora K-9 Foundation Board. As an avid animal lover, I am passionate about supporting the retired four-legged heroes who bravely served our community alongside their handlers at Glendora Police Department. I look forward to partnering with the residents and GPD to advocate for this foundation and its mission!

Heather Gray

Hi!  My name is Heather Gray.  I’ve been a resident of Glendora since 2017.  I have 2 kids, Cooper and Parker who I love raising in this community.  I am the Vice President of Marketing & Communications for San Antonio Regional Hospital in Upland.

I’m thrilled to serve on the Glendora K-9 Foundation Board because I believe a solid K-9 program can ultimately help save the lives of our officers and is critical to any police force.

Sarah Trent-Miranda

Hi! My name is Sarah Trent Miranda. Glendora is my hometown and my family has been here since 1957. My Grandpa Teddy Murray was a police officer for Glendora PD in the 60’s, and he loved his time on the force. My husband Art and I have 1 daughter, Mackenzie and one of our favorite things to do is ride our bikes and scooters around this wonderful town.

I’m excited to serve on the Glendora K-9 Foundation Board because I want to ensure our K9 Partners are properly honored in retirement and their owners/handlers receive the funds and support they need to care for these wonderful animals beyond their years of dedicated service.

Manish Patel

I’m Manish Patel, a dedicated family man who’s proudly called Glendora home since 2014. Being married and having two wonderful kids, ensuring the safety and prosperity of my family and community is my top priority.

I hold deep respect and unwavering support for our local law enforcement, recognizing the crucial role they play in keeping Glendora safe. That’s why I’m an avid supporter of the Glendora K9 Foundation. I believe in the importance of the K9 unit in law enforcement and actively contribute my time and resources to assist their mission.

Supporting the police and championing the welfare of my community are integral parts of who I am. I’m committed to making Glendora a secure and thriving place for all of us.

Michael Sacchetto

Hello, I’m Michael Sacchetto, a proud Glendora resident. I am happily married with two beautiful children who love this community as much as my wife and I do. Our family has been immersed in this tight knit community since 2014.

I’ve dedicated my time to the Glendora K-9 Foundation after recognizing the crucial role our K-9 officers play in enhancing our safety and the need for their post-retirement support.

I am committed to ensuring the safety of our community and our officers. And my advocacy extends to fostering a high quality of life for retired K-9s, reflecting my deep appreciation for these special canine partners.

Marty Barrett

Hello, my name is Marty Barrett and I am a lifelong resident of Glendora. I live here with my wife and two children.

I am a retired Glendora Police Officer and my wife is a retired Glendora Police Dispatcher. I was also Glendora PD’s first K-9 handler.

Glendora is a very unique City in that it has a great sense of community and that its citizens greatly appreciate public safety and support the Glendora Police Department in its mission. Because of this, I am excited and proud to be able to serve as a member of the Glendora K-9 Foundation.
